This is part of the K251 million released by the Government on September 25, 2019, to LASF so that the Fund dismantles outstanding pension arrears<br \/>LASF has put in place a robust payment programme that is focused on the principle of \u201cfirst in first out\u201d. This means that retirement benefits that have been pending from as far back as 2013 are now being paid in full. In this vein, we are doing everything in our power to reach out to our pensioners and beneficiaries country wide to ensure that they have access to<br \/>their retirement benefits.<br \/>The Fund is committed to Government\u2019s vision of ensuring that all retirees are paid their retirement benefits as this will contribute to poverty reduction in the country.
